promoted

After 3 years with my company, I was promoted today to Director of Human Resources. I was told at lunch during my annual review. Wow. Who would have thought I would ever be upper management?? I am nervous to be able to perform at my new level but at the same time am excited about the opportunity to learn more and grow this company as it continues to grow itself. I truly love my job and my company!
