creative minds

Tonight, Jason was playing with the little "people" that came with Rachel's dollhouse. Of course we had to explain to him how great it was that Rachel let him play with her toys since he gets very upset when she plays with his toys. But he was adamant about the fact that he shares with her all the time. *sigh*. Anyway... Jason put this little man in a chair on our entertainment center and you can just almost guess what Jason said he was doing?? Jason said that this little man is going potty... isn't that what you thought he was doing?? And he carried that on for a long time saying "he is still on the potty!" It certainly wasn't the first thing that came to my mind ... but as a 5 year old, anything is possible!

Just a little while later, Rachel got engrossed in Jason's V-tech computer. We were happy that Jason was actually *sharing* his toys. Both our kids are so inquisitive and creative. Steve and I really enjoy watching the kids talk to each other, play with each other, and share their toys together. It doesn't happen that often so these events make it extra special and worthy of a blog post. :)
