first words

Rachel is such a chatterbox lately. Today I was trying to think of all the words she knows. Her big one now is "ba ba" for her bottle. She also says: mama, daddy, ball, uh-oh, hi, eye (and points to it), bye (and waves), yay! (and claps) and sings twinkle, twinkle, little star... "inkle inkle ittle 'ar..." and she will always give a "high 5" and say "eye ive"... She knows how to say 'no' too. Where does she get that from? ha! She is starting to say 'up' - but not quite there yet. She also said Mickie once. ICKIE! She can say her name very well. "achel".

She has some very real and intense conversations with herself and us that involve tons of excitement, lots of pointing, and some very not-so-real words.

Such a precious age!
