Oy. I just commited myself to taking the SPHR this winter. It's the "Senior Professional in Human Resources" certification exam and I couldn't pass that thing now if my life depended on it. I have a LOT of studying and learning to do the next several months. Being that the pass rate is slightly under 50% I am not holding my breath, but I really feel this is something I need to do as a positive career move. Plus, it would be cool to have those initials by my name. ha!

I spent $375 in exam fees, so I have no choice now. I guess that means less free time for me for a little while.
